Great location with friendly ...

Great location with friendly and quick reception. There was some confusion about the room that we had booked and they upgraded our reservation without hesitation or being asked. The room itself was great with nearby parking and a fireplace. A few fixtures around the room needed fixing (loose roller for the sliding bathroom door for instance) but all in all the room was great. The room came with a safe and a fridge which was appreciated. Will definitely return when in Buffalo.

Nicely appointed rooms with ...

Nicely appointed rooms with a New Orleans Jazz motif. Friendly staff. Restaurant is good, but limited menu, although they are building a new larger restaurant and other amenities to open next year. My place to stay in Amherst/Buffalo.
