I stayed here on my wedding night and the staff were all so friendly. They were gracious about a late checkout and very understanding. The cookies were amazing, too, and the room was beautiful. Super cute place and definitely recommend.

I fell in love with this unique hotel from the beginning of my daughter’s college start, four years ago. It is close to the University at Buffalo and to the airport, it is very comfortable, stylish, quiet and pleasant. The artwork is original (if you care about real paintings and photographs) and it is themed to be harmonious and playful. The breakfast is not included but very reasonable and it is excellent and I was surprised to have the option to buy pre-packaged dinner from the attached restaurant even after hours. When the restaurant is open, the food and the service is excellent and they sometimes have live music. The staff is very friendly and courteous and they offer house made cookies which are excellent! There is water and coffee available in the hallway. The gym is nice and never crowded and it feels great to have the option to exercise in the morning to get energy for the day, which sometimes can be intense when you walk around and visit. My only regret is that the college is now over and I am hoping my younger one will choose the same university, which turned out to be a great one for my oldest. I am also grateful to the management of this hotel for running it very smoothly and helping me with an error in the last reservation. The hotel has en excellent vibe! The bed is super comfy and the room is quiet. The lobby has comfortable seating and a large gas fireplace adds ambience. Highly recommend staying here if you get the opportunity.
