I never stayed here ...

I never stayed here but the customer services is outstanding. I booked through Booking.com Here is the issue, I needed a hotel in Amherst MA not Amherst NY. The next day I called the hotel and they were wonderful and cancelled my booking. Booking.com would not release the $678.00 for my booking even though they are the ones whose search engine gave me a Amherst, NY hotel not a Amherst MA hotel. The listed state never comes up on the Booking.com web site. Both General Manger Matt Chiazza and the Assistant General Manager Bryanne did heavy lifting to get my money refunded from Booking.com You just don't see this kind of customer service anymore so I can only imagine how wonderful this hotel is with these two leaders at the top. Outstanding customer service here from the hotel staff so much that I am going to book directly with them to stay at this beautiful place in the future. I will never again use Booking.com but I will stay at this hotel in the future. Great work management!!!!!!

Delightful hotel with lovely ...

Delightful hotel with lovely decor ands a nice ambience. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. The Reikart felt lavish and boutique style in a world of cookie cutter hotels. Food on site was good and the service was excellent. Would absolutely stay here again.
