I will stay here whenever I'm in the city. First of all, customer service is excellent and friendly. The hotel decor has a modern vintage ambience. The rooms and decor are clean and cozy ( the beds are super soft and comfortable). Each room has a doorbell and different lights to indicate needs to housekeeping/staff. This is home away from home.

I am so happy I stayed here. Almost nothing not to love. The room, decor, food, staff all charming and impressive. Only drawback is the gym is small and has only recumbent bike, no upright. Otherwise, they have done a lovely job making a sparkling, luxury property that's also fun.

I ussually do not write reviews, unless I am compelled to do so. I have stayed at Ritz Carlton's that can not hold a candle to this place. I arrived super late around 1 am and was greated by a cheerful young lady that was waiting for me, she made check-in pleasant and quick. The hotel is unbelievably clean and very visually pleasant from the decor to the suttle crown molding that really pulls everything together. It has a historic feel to it, which is something that you do not find in most other hotels. The staff here is absolutely amazing! My 5 year old son has a bunch of stuffed animals that he sleeps with and every time we have come back from our day out, the bed is made with his stuffed animals staged and a cookie with a little note! we are doing a little road trip and only booked two nights, we actually liked this place so much we extended our stay! I am recommending this place to anyone who is coming to the area for sure!!

I stayed at Reikart House twice. I absolutely love this hotel, especially the friendly staff. We arrived at around 1:00am in the morning and we were able to check in with Patrice, she was a lovely front desk I must say, she told us about the history of the hotel , which I should say is very interesting. If you ever visit remember to ask. Patrice was very pleasant even though it was late at night, she also told us about places that we could visit in Buffalo, seem to love her job. When we got to the rooms it was amazingly designed and everything was so detailed and well represented. I was amazed by every aspect of the hotel, even the food that they made in the restaurant. My husband and I will definitely visit again.
