This was one of the nicest stays that we have had and would definitely would come back again but the beds were so pillow top that both of us went through 2 days of back, hip and shoulder pain because of one night in those pillow top beds. my girlfriend tried to sleep on the chase lounge but it wasn't comfortable either. This is why you got 3 stars. I don't know why hotels don't give their guests a choice of some kind in what kind of mattress they prefer...!? Isn't that why we are there, to relax with a good nights sleep...!? Look it up, pillow top mattresses are the worst thing for your back, hips and shoulders. They are horrible for you...!!! So I guess on to the next one for us. Seriously though, If your mattresses were better, (how much you spend on them doesn't mean they are better folks) we would make this brand of hotel our new go to for every trip but we aren't going to pay a little more to be in pain. Sorry.

Brand new hotel. Rooms are fantastic as are the beds. Staff still learning a few things, especially when it comes to spg. Room looked like it should have had a fridge, but was an empty space. All small items though. Overall great stay.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The bed was soft, the room quiet, the halls new and well appointed. One of the best hotel stays I have had in a while....and look out for your room monkey, he's a cheeky guy that likes to travel around your room when you're out and give you cookies before bed.

Everything we ate was absolutely amazing. The dining room was small, but it is super cute. Everyone I was with loved it. It was our first time there but we will definitely be back.
