Hotel very nice, service impeccable, rooms very comfortable, only issue is the complimentary breakfast which is from a set menu, if you happen to not like what is available, there is an ala carte menu for a price,. This should be made known at the time of booking as it would have been a factor for me staying at your hotel (I needed a quick breakfast for an early morning appointment).

My wife and I stayed for one night at were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this recently opened hotel. The staff was exceptionally helpful , the room was spacious, clean and well laid out. The hotel decor from the outside, lobby and room was pleasant and warm. While we did not eat at the restaurant, the menu was very appealing and varied. As I write this review, my wife best summed it up "this place is perfect"

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly. My reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is based on 2 points: I went this past week for my husbands birthday. I had called and asked to have a small birthday cake delivered to my room at 10:30 to surprise him and the lady at the front desk said she would confirm with the kitchen and call me back to verify. I never received the call back and when I called around 10:15 I was then told yes we can get you the cake. When the cake finally came, it was a small cut up piece and was told that they had no icing. So I don't get the cake I'm promised and no message on the cake either! My second problem was at breakfast. My husband got in before me so he placed his order and when I came in 10 mins later I had to wait 20 mins to place my order/get a glass of water/ cup of coffee. The food it self took an additional 40 mins or so to come out. The food was delicious but not that complicated that it should have taken the kitchen staff that much time to cook! I hope that they work on theses small issues so that next time they get the 5 stars!

Wow, this hotel and the staff are amazing, they are the best, friendly, attentive people, make you feel welcomed as soon as you step in, will come back for sure and strongly recommend you stay here. I like to rate 6 stars but not possible. Keep up the good work!!!
