I have zero negative things to say about this place. The decor was very nice, the bed was soooo comfortable, it was clean, quiet, and the breakfast was delicious.

The room are beautiful and everyone was nice expect for Jose Bello. As I called to see if I left some belongings he was very rude irritated and cutting me off as I was getting an understand of the info I needed because a university booked my stay. I had to explain to him multiple times that I could not hear and understand him he huffs on the phone and talked back with a rude voice. I do not appreciate me just trying to get my belongings returned and I feel he did not out the effort to help me find my items and worried he won’t even check. The establishment is beautiful but talking to people who don’t care for your time makes a nice place like this terrible. I recommend having someone else in the front of the building and answering the phone. I didn’t nothing to receive that type of treatment. If I wanted that I would’ve went to a motel.

Their monkey was 25us$ and it’s not worth for it. The rooms was okay but the place for the towels was in the main room. There wasn’t any places for the towels in the bathroom. The bathroom sink was really squished. For 550us$ is not worth it. When we checked in the front desk people didn’t even mention where the gym was. That’s why i probably won’t go there again.
