Stayed one night and ...

Stayed one night and it was one of the most beautiful/clean places iv been. The man at the desk checking us in was professional and so incredibly caring. Offering us fresh baked cookies and bottles of water. The room was great but the bottles of shampoo and body wash were empty. The room temp was also set to 74 when we arrived and on a hot summer day it was roasting. We turned it down and turned the air on but it took over 5 hours just to reach 70. By the time we left in the morning it still wasn’t where we wanted it. We were about to leave our room and check out when there was a knock on our door, it was a housekeeper asking us when we were going to check out, we still had time before checkout time so I very confused and felt rushed. Overall great stay and would stay again!

Had the pleasure of ...

Had the pleasure of staying here for one night - very clean rooms and building. The locaton is great for cross-boarder shoppers, Bob Evans, Waldon Galleria, all within close proximity. Cant wait to revisit!
