The Reikart House is one of my favorite hotels in the United States. Rooms are always clean, beds are always comfortable, gym is well equipped, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Have been staying here on work trips for at least 5 years now. I always feel like this is my second home.

My husband and I were so pleased to have found this Marriott property, we had no idea it existed. Beautiful boutique hotel , the staff is wonderful, and the restaurant staff is too with an amazing bar and happy hour Monday to Thursday. We also thank our chauffeur who took us back to the airport in a super comfi car :) Room was very quiet and comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a make up mirror ! The parlor room has plenty of tables for breakfast, and the lounge has a beautiful fire place with plenty of seatings. Perfect boutique when in the buffalo area for a business or family visit . Especially nice for couples for being a cozy boutique hotel, we highly recommend the Reikart in Amherst .

This hotel pays attention to the details. It’s very comfortable, quiet and clean with all the nice touches that other hotels have long discarded. The staff is experienced and efficient as well as pleasant and helpful. Our room was large and a delight to the eyes. Contrast this to your basic Hampton Inn beige. Our breakfast the next morning (which we included in our reservation) was delicious. Again, the attention to detail and flourishes was evident. Fresh fruit, a croissant, omelet to order etc. great coffee. Real china and a server. Just stay here. 😊oh, and free parking!

Only stayed one night and with other choices in town I’m glad I picked this place. From the time you walk through the doors they provide great service with a smile. They give you a fresh baked cookies of your choice to each guest in your reservation. Hotel is very clean and very nice decor. We had an early start the next day so we went with room service and food was delivered right in time as scheduled. There is a restaurant with this hotel that serves dinner and boy was that delicious. Lastly, I left my phone at this hotel and they called me the next morning to let me know. They shipped it to me same day. I didn’t have to reach out and ask about a lost phone, they reached out to me. These may be little things but they add up to 5 stars.
