Amazing hotel. Great staff, will be reaching out as my points were not accumulated during my stay. So missed out two nights on my mariott membership

We stayed here for our anniversary. Quaint, classy, very clean, nostalgic, unbelievably nice, and helpful staff. and that bed! Geez.. it was like a dream! We're taking a 7 hour detour soon just to revisit. In-house food is a bit expensive, but very good. No snacks or vending machines, so bring your own junk food.

From the gentleman who checked us in top Notch to Marty for taking his time and explaining the hotel. The rooms are great,service fantastic. Can’t really think of anything that wasn’t top notch. Cheers

My wife and I stayed at this hotel so that we could drive to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake. Great location....very cute town (Amherst, NY). Very convenient to the airport, dining and the Falls. The hotel and rooms are really nice...very well-appointed and clean. All of the staff wa very nice. In particular, I want to say something about our breakfast server each morning, Veronica....especially about today. She was short-staffed and she was doing her best to take care of everyone respectfully and politely. She had an impossible job this morning ‐ one couple sat down, wanted a hot breakfast off the menu and said, we have to leave to catch a flight in 10 minutes. She nicely told them she could get them a muffin, yogurt, juice and coffee within 10 minutes and they got angry because they wanted a HOT breakfast in 10 minutes. Another couple was late for a meeting in the hotel and wanted a hot breakfast to go in 10 minutes. She repeated to them, very nicely what she could do in 10 minutes. They too became angry. During the whole time, she treated these unreasonable people respectfully, despite the anger they directed at her. She should be commended. I told her that she did an amazing job with unreasonable people! I highly recommend this hotel.
