Only stayed one night and with other choices in town I’m glad I picked this place. From the time you walk through the doors they provide great service with a smile. They give you a fresh baked cookies of your choice to each guest in your reservation. Hotel is very clean and very nice decor. We had an early start the next day so we went with room service and food was delivered right in time as scheduled. There is a restaurant with this hotel that serves dinner and boy was that delicious. Lastly, I left my phone at this hotel and they called me the next morning to let me know. They shipped till it to me same day. I didn’t have to reach out and ask about a list phone, they reached out to me. These may be little things but they add up to 5 stars.

This is the first 5 star hotel review I have done in forever. We had a very stressful 3 days moving my daughter to Buffalo and when we finally got to open the door to our room at about 9PM, my wife and I both just said, "Aaaahh!" Such a comfortable room with plenty of room to spread out from each other. Most comfortable bed we have slept in at a hotel. Decor was beautiful, location was nice near the exit. We didn't dine or utilize much in the way of amenities, but the room was so worth it!

Entire hotel is excellent. Great service. The room is cleaner than my house. Great experience!

Everything about this stay was above expectations. Wow! Marty and Courtney were amazing and showed true hospitality. The beds were like a cloud and the lobby nook with the fireplace was so cozy! We will be back when in Buffalo.
