I don't leave reviews ...

I don't leave reviews that often but I felt in necessary here... this place was unbelievable. I generally don't like staying at hotels because what's better than being in your own space right?? WRONG! This place is!! It's completely spotless, so cozy, and overall amazing. I have to shoutout Marty mis at the front desk, who made our day with his awesome personality when we checked in. He made us feel so welcome. We were only there for one night and didn't want to leave!!! Thank you everyone who made this such an incredible experience!

Reikart House, Buffalo, a ...

Reikart House, Buffalo, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel was amazing. The hotel was a beautiful display of art, class, and had somewhat of a nostalgic feel with the historic photography and vintage books throughout the hotel. My family and I had to make an escape from our home after 2 nights without power due to the Blizzard Elliott (Buffalo Blizzard 2022) and Reikhart House came through for us AND our pets. Everyone including the hotel was low on resources and they amazingly made it work and assisted in making everyone comfortable while we all weathered the horrible storm. A special shout out to Jose at the front desk, for going above and beyond in making sure everyone was happy and comfortable. As a former Marriott/Ritz Carlton employee, I must say his service was exemplary. This was our first stay at the Reikart House and we are now looking for a staycation/date weekend excuse, just to experience the hotel at its fullest potential!! A 4-star hotel with 5-star service, quality, and comfort to say the least! See you soon!

This hotel is beautifully ...

This hotel is beautifully made and maintained! The rooms are luxurious. The staff is beyond helpful and specially the Manager Jeff! He went above and beyond to help my parents reserve a block of rooms for a family event. Unfortunately the event cancelled and he personally made sure that the rooms cancelled properly. The adjoining restaurant is beautiful with delicious meals! Tracey the event planner is great and very helpful. She was so pleasant and able to figure out a solution for every question!!
