Great hotel! Very friendly ...

Great hotel! Very friendly staff, clean hotel rooms with very modern amenities. Loved the tile flooring and walk-in shower. The only small damper was the room service. Ordered a bowl of French onion soup and the bread on top was stale. Besides that everything else was great!

Wonderful hotel! Super clean, ...

Wonderful hotel! Super clean, beautiful, and cozy. The bed was magical, TV had tons of channels, the shampoo, condition,d soaps smelled so good and we’re salon-quality. The COVID precautions were top notch. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Our stay here was ...

Our stay here was everything! My husband and I have done staycations all over Buffalo, but this is by far our favorite place. I had the pleasure of working with Tina R at concierge services and not only was she super sweet but she was also super helpful. We are already planning our next stay!
