Great hotel. Rooms are pristine and beyond your typical hotel room.

I was picking up, settling in, and dropping off family. They were willing to pay extra to be somewhere nice, where staying somewhat wasn't a discomfort you put up with you weren't home, but a nice luxury treat instead. It did cost around double your average, basic, nothing special good or bad hotel, maybe triple the cheap motels I can speak to the quality. It looks from the outside like a place an ambassador would stay. Their shuttle service was a luxury car. The lobby is a lounge with a light menu of cocktails and bites, near a well decorated lobby with a beautiful fireplace, decorated elegantly for the holiday season. The gym had a bike with the visual display like you could see where you were walking. The front desk was very polite and efficient, and the room was not big or small but VERY nice. My family enjoyed the turndown service and treat left with it, that's a nice touch. There's an interesting system where you can set a do not disturb or please clean light from inside, and a lit notification button outside each room rings a chime inside, which prevents knocking from disturbing other guests, a nice touch The attached restaurant must have been good because it was quite full Definitely an upscale vibe from top to bottom.

From the moment of arrival, everything about Reikart House was top notch. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, the staff in housekeeping and hospitality were attentive without being intrusive. Rooms were as good as any I have stayed in and the mattress on the bed was legendary. We had dinner at Jazzboline, for the second time, first was in July and the Management and Staff recognized us which I thought was exceptional My only wish is the hotel offered more logo'd items with Jocko the Monkey...he is a great representative of the Hotel...If there were 6 stars I would award them.
