I accidentally left my ...

I accidentally left my laptop and they shipped it home for me (not for free). I was still very grateful that they didn't delay it was shipped within the hour of me calling to see of it was there. They immediately went to my room and looked. The room was very unique and the bed was just heavenly. I travel often for work and this was the one of the few times I fell asleep and stayed asleep. My room was spotless, my amenities were refilled every day without issues.

This is the most ...

This is the most beautiful hotel, with the most attentive staff, that I have ever encountered. I can't wait to come back! Every detail in regard to comfort was anticipated and met beyond expectations. Words cannot describe the comfort of the bed, except perhaps it was like sleeping on a marshmallow cloud. Bravo!
