As a lifetime platinum member, I’ve been to many Marriott properties all over the world. This hotel was exceptional in terms of accommodations and service. I truly enjoyed my short stay, and sincerely hope my business travels bring me to the Buffalo area once again to allow me to enjoy another stay. Well done.

My husband and I met 2 other couples for dinner and had a wonderful evening. We were greated by Charlie Barone who made us feel so welcome and enjoyed a cocktail by the cozy fire place. Our dinner was exceptional ,and our server Cassandra made some great suggestions ,like the Brussels sprouts , they are so delicious , the salmon and the tenderloin , everything was superb, the service ,atmosphere, and the eye for detail is just perfect. We really enjoyed our evening and will definitely be back.

The place is nicely done, looks like a great place to stay. I was there for a business meeting and it does not appear well set up for that... The conference room is in the back, lower floor - the staff was helping people find it. The room was also small for a 12 person meeting, and there was no place but the lobby for breakouts. They did a great with lunch. For a small meeting it would probably be fine.

Great experience here at this hotel. Great staff, They pay attention to details. They make you welcome and like you are the only guest. The staff work well as a team and they are looking for ways to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are appointed very well. I had a room with a fireplace and it was beautiful. I was here for business, and it was hard to balance the well appointed room and bathroom with a place to work freely and comfortably as well as bring in food and eat in the room. To the hotels defense, they provided a quaint restaurant with the ability of paying attention to their guests. This would encourage me to want to eat out there, but if I am working late, i want to be able to have a small corner in which to snack on. Over all, GREAT EXPERIENCE.
