First off, the staff members I interacted with in person were extremely helpful. Our room was not ready upon arrival, however the front desk staff called me as soon as we were able to check in. While we were upgraded to a suite, as someone who stays in Marriott properties multiple times weekly - I was not impressed. During our first night - there was constant loud banging noises that lasted close to 1 hour from 10-11 pm. Whilst the staff noted there was no maintenance being performed, its hard to fathom another excuse. There were no toiletries provided in the bathroom, and the second floor “corner view” featured a dumpster from one window and an HVAC station from the other. Yes, it’s an oldest property - however not what was expected from a Marriott property at close to $500/night. Disappointing.

From the moment we booked the venue, the staff (we worked with Kristen Sass) went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, and the event turned out to be an unforgettable experience for us and all our guests. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the beautifully arranged tables to the delicate attention to our needs adorning the space. It truly set the stage for a memorable celebration. One of the highlights of the event was the impeccable service provided by the staff. They were attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. From coordinating the setup to serving the guests with a smile, their dedication was truly commendable. What truly set Reikart House apart was their willingness to go the extra mile to make our baby shower truly special. They incorporated personal touches that reflected my preferences and vision, making the event feel personalized and unique. Additionally, they accommodated last-minute requests with grace and efficiency, ensuring that nothing detracted from the celebration. The feedback from my guests was overwhelmingly positive, with many commenting on the beautiful venue, delicious food, and impeccable service. It was heartwarming to see everyone enjoying themselves and creating precious memories together. In conclusion, I cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone looking to host a special event. Excellent rooms... clean, New, neat and well appointed. The staff was wonderful. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Beautiful hotel with a lot of charm inside and outside. Rooms were very welcoming and luxurious, staff was friendly and the entire property is extremely clean.
