This is an excellent hotel, outside is low key and deceiving because the interiror is wonderful, great quiet rooms. Wonderful breakfast. Plenty of parking near airport. Because it has a higher price point than the "big box" hotels, there is a wonderful lack of screaming kids running all over the place and all night. That alone makes it worth it!

Our stay was perfect from check in to check out. From lobby to rooms, the decor is stunning. Room bar/snack amenity selection extensive with even a stuff monkey toy choice. In room fireplace with comfy bed. The titanium benefit included in room breakfast which allowed for a much needed morning chill.

Spent one night here traveling with family. The hotel itself was quite nice and clean and I really liked the decor. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of parking on site was convenient though didn’t make for any great views. Breakfast service was excellent though the menu is limited. My only gripe was with the front desk concierge. She did not seem particularly happy to be there. Service jobs are taxing but there was literally no smiles no thanks for the stay or anything you typically expect from a nice hotel. Maybe understaffed since she was the same person who checked us in late the night before.

Very comfortable rooms and relaxing lounge. The staff are very friendly and are pleasant to have conversations with. Breakfast is also fantastic with a lot of options. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Buffalo!
