I loved this hotel. You can tell that money was actually spent on making this a very comfortable and beautiful property. The bed was very comfortable and reminded me of the original “heavenly beds” concept of another hotel chain. This may seem insignificant, but we also ask for extra pillows in hotels ahead of arriving, and in this property, they were already in the room for us. This kind of attention to detail really elevates this properly in my eyes.

I’m late writing this, but we had a wonderful experience with Jazzboline/Reikart House! The Reikart Ballroom at Jazzboline was the perfect space to host our wedding luncheon after our Hindu ceremony on 9/24/25. Kennedy and Ray were incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly. Thank you to Kennedy, Ray, and the entire Jazzboline/Reikart House team! Highly recommend.

I've stayed at enough hotels to know when a place just *gets it*, and Reikart House in Buffalo? They just get it. One of the best in the Marriott portfolio. From the second you walk in there's this energy - not that try-hard boutique hotel vibe, but something that feels like your coolest friend's place if they had impeccable taste and a sick budget. The building itself is gorgeous (I think it's historic? someone told me but I was jet lagged) and everything just flows in a way that makes you want to explore every corner like you're uncovering little secrets. But here's the thing - and this is what separates the good from the GREAT - it's the staff that turns you from a guest into family. Marty and the management team have this whole operation running like a seductive dance where you're always the star. They remember your name, your drink preferences, probably your childhood pet's name if you mention it once. It's the kind of attention that makes you feel seen in a way that's honestly a bit intoxicating? Not gonna lie, I extend my stays here when I don't even need to because the vibes are that immaculate. Everyone on the team brings this genuine warmth that you can't fake - believe me I've experienced enough fake hospitality to know the difference. Special call out to Marty and Matt, both top notch. Oh and the COOKIES. The daily cookie giveaway situation is lowkey brilliant marketing because now I plan my entire afternoon around it (yes I'm 35, no I don't care). Fresh, warm, basically edible love notes that make you feel like someone's taking care of you. Which brings me to my one tiny piece of feedback - at this price point, the lack of an espresso machine is borderline criminal? Like I'm spoiled, I know, but when everything else is so dialed in, having to leave for my morning fix feels wrong. Get a proper espresso setup and this place will ascend absolute perfection. Would absolutely return (probably already have reservations tbh). Buffalo doesn't get enough credit and this hotel is proof the city's having a moment
