I would rank 4.5 ...

I would rank 4.5 stars. Xavier was so kind and accommodating. I was there during the end of January to beginning of February timeframe. There was snow on my car and I didn’t have a brush. Xavier came outside and removed the snow - this was AFTER I had already checked out. Again very courteous, would stay again for such great customer service. Thank you Xavier! Monty was friendly also.

Reikart House, Buffalo is ...

Reikart House, Buffalo is a BEAUTIFUL hotel. Everything was absolutely wonderful from the staff to the room. It was very clean and neat. I will DEFINITELY be back here! Everyone should experience this lovely establishment at least once in their life! 🥰🥰

Amazing place! The lobby ...

Amazing place! The lobby and staff were amazing. The room had so much detail and craftsmanship. Extremely clean and well thought out. Easily ranks in my top 3 hotels across the US
