This hotel is beautiful. Love the vintage ambiance. The restaurant food is delicious and wonderful customer service. I look forward to another staycation here at the Reikart House.

We had a fantastic ...

We had a fantastic first stay here while visiting my daughter in Buffalo. She teaches at UB now so we are so happy to have found the Reikart House. We used to stay at the Marriott off Millersburg rd. But our last stay there was, well let's just say it will be our last. When we arrived we were greeted by Xavier Piece. Super friendly and welcomed us with a gift bag containing, free waters, coffee, cups and tea for our room. Everything was very clean, sanitized, sealed in bags. New tissue box (sealed), New (sealed) toilet paper on the roll. Towels were sealed in a bag as well. This hotel knows how to deal with this crazy Covid world we're all stuck in. The room was amazing. Bed was so comfortable we melted away and slept like babies. I only have one negative...I wish I would have found this little gem of a hotel a long time ago. Well done everyone. I will be returning soon when we come to Buffalo in the future. Cash Abshire

Great hotel! Very friendly ...

Great hotel! Very friendly staff, clean hotel rooms with very modern amenities. Loved the tile flooring and walk-in shower. The only small damper was the room service. Ordered a bowl of French onion soup and the bread on top was stale. Besides that everything else was great!
